Constanze Klasen leads the strategic development of lill Advisory and the engagement and delivery of its professional and commercial functions.
She is responsible for organisational development, finance and controlling, human resources, governance and legal services, and marketing and communication. Before joining lill Advisory she was Head of Marketing Cooperation at GEMA, the German performance rights organisation, and managing director of a marketing agency that supported financial-sector and automotive clients on strategic projects in Europe and the Americas. She has served on the board of the Children’s Cancer Foundation Hamburg.
