Operations

We build institutions that work. lill Advisory has advised on the establishment of new EXIMs and ECAs, the redesign of development finance institutions and the governance reform of multilateral programmes — translating policy objectives into operational structures that deliver. We advised on the establishment of innovation funds, export-import banks, and export credit agencies, designed target operating models for public finance institutions in Africa and Asia, development a new capital expenditure guarantee for KUKE, and structured the AIIB’s partial debt guarantee programme.
