Jef Vincent is a Senior Associate with IiII Advisory. His consulting expertise includes institutional design, process improvement and implementation of financial instruments. In addition, he is Head of Investment Operations at iTrust. He advises governments, export-import banks, export credit agencies and development banks on organisational design and operations & change.

Previous Positions

During the last 30 years, Jef Vincent worked in senior management positions in credit and political risk insurance institutions. Between 2018 and 2024, he was Member of the Board of Directors at African Reinsurance Corporation. Between 2018 and 2022, Jef was also Programme Officer at the International Renewable Energy Agency IRENA, focusing on renewable energy finance and project facilitation. From 2011 to 2018, Jef Vincent served as Chief Underwriting Officer at the African Trade Insurance Agency (now ATIDI). Between 2009 and 2011, he was Credendo’s Director Short Term Export Credit Insurance and Bonds. Between 1990 and 2009, he worked for Euler Hermes in Belgium, the Czech Republic and in Singapore as Regional CEO Asia.

Education

Jef Vincent was educated at the State University of Gent (Belgium) and the Université Paris V (France). He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology.
