Constanze Klasen is Partner with IiII Advisory. As the firm’s COO, she leads the strategic development, engagement and delivery of Iill Advisory’s professional and commercial functions. Constanze Klasen is responsible for organisational development, finance and controlling, as well as marketing and communication of IiII Advisory.

Previous Positions

Constanze Klasen was Head of Marketing Cooperation with GEMA, the government-mandated musicians‘ collecting society and performance rights organisation. As the Managing Director of a marketing agency, she supported large corporates in the financial sector and the automotive industry on marketing and communication strategies being responsible for strategic projects in Europe and the Americas. She also served as Member of the Board of Directors of Children’s Cancer Foundation Hamburg.

Education

Constanze Klasen studied Law and Marketing at Leibniz University of Hannover (Germany) and the University of Leicester (UK).
